If liberals work together, it's because they are working for virtuous ends. If conservatives work together, it is based on their evil intentions. Got it?

Depressing. I am in a career that will allow me to work years past retirement age, at a very good wage. But if something happens to me so that I can't work? I don't even want to contemplate it.

What if you must have a car to get to work and have no other way to get the money? Quit the job? Then you'd start howling about all these deadbeats who don't want to work, I suppose.

No, there are plenty of market economies that work better than our society, all having more of a safety net. Our own country used to work better when people were not so nasty towards "the other".

When you see his earlier work, he looks peculiarly unphotogenic, with mismatched features. Methinks he's had a bit of work done because now he's only half-homely.

Hey Mr. Friedman, this is not honest work by above average workers.

If you live in a dormitory and can be woken up in the middle of the night at the whim of your boss to work endless hours for virtually no pay, it is called slavery. That's what we are competing with in the global economy.

People want these jobs in China because there is nothing else. I will never teach my children to allow themselves to be exploited like that.

Americans need to learn to pay more for things and have less.
People need to be paid for the work they do, and corporations need to stop putting almighty profits first.

The meaning of life is meaningful work, being occupied every day on some substitute for the original work: staying alive.

I can't do 40 hours per week, and making people work for their incomes is unethical. I need a living income, but can not work for it.
